GymBeam Rowing machine
The GymBeam rowing machine can be used for short high-intensity training, cardio exercises and as a warm-up or calming phase of strength training. It will allow you to exercise the whole body, burn calories and improve physical fitness. It simulates rowing, with air generated in the built-in fan acting as resistance, which spins when the handles are pulled and the chain is pulled. It offers 10 levels of load adjustment, so you can customize your workout to your needs. Exercising on the treadmill engages the muscles of the arms, back, abdomen and lower limbs. The rowing machine is equipped with transport wheels that make it easier to move.

The GymBeam rowing machine has a clear LCD display that shows important workout data such as time, distance covered, calories burned and number of pull-ups per minute. When using the chest belt with heart rate sensor, it also shows the current pulse, but the belt is not included. The display also allows you to select preset programs, including a 20/10 interval during which you exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. You can also set your own interval training, train for a target time, distance or calories burned.
