The pedalling activates the muscles of the legs, buttocks and calves, while the moving handles activate the muscles of the shoulders, back and chest. Utilizes an air resistance system that automatically adjusts the load to the intensity of the workout. The air resistance and thus the load increases in proportion to the speed of pedalling and arm movement. The more effort you put in, the more resistance will be created. You can adjust the intensity of the exercise to suit your needs.
