Dobrý den, bohužel ta záležitost se zárukou 25 let, kterou automaticky poskytuje Leatherman mi není moc jasná. Při pohledu na web výrobce (leatherman.com) se jasně píše o tom, že to je samozřejmá záležitost a je tam popsán způsob, jak to řešit v případě USA či Kanady. Pro země mimo Severní Ameriku to pak spadá pod lokální distributory. V ČR je to tedy leatherman.cz (aka moris-distribution.cz). Při koupi jednoho z předchozích výrobků Leatherman (bral jsem to přes alza.cz přibližně 3 roky nazpět) byl na krabičce kód, kterým se výrobek autorizoval. Nyní pořízený výrobek již na sobě tento kód nemá, a tudiž jej není možné registrovat u oficiálního dodavatele, se kterým tedy není možné řešit případnou reklamaci v následujícich 25ti letech (podle něj se totiž jedná o "produkt šedého dovozu"). Kdo je tedy dodavatelem produktu, který mám na stole? Jedná se opravdu o originální produkt, když o něm oficiální distributor pro Českou republiku a Slovensko neví?

Dobrý deň. Na mojom produkte Multitool Leatherman Surge Limited edition sa na obale nikde nenachádza nálepka s údajom 100% Originál a ani 10 miestny kód potrebný k registrácii 25 ročnej záruky u výrobcu. Prečo?

Dobrý deň, v popise je uvedené, že v balení sa nachádza puzdro a krúžok na karabínu. Chcel by som sa spýtať, že či to puzdro je klasické, bez bočných priečinkov, alebo sa jedná o puzdro so štyrmi priečinkami ?
