Usage:
Simply remove the straw from its case, place it in a glass of tap water (or a bottle), and drink as you would with a regular straw.
Cleaning:
To clean the filter after use, you will find a special cleaning syringe (backwash syringe) in the package. Simply rinse the filter with clean water in the opposite direction using the syringe. Then let the filter dry briefly and put it back in the case.
