Merco Yoga Hammock yoga net purple
Practicing yoga in the air, or aerial, aero, anti-gravity or fly yoga, is becoming increasingly popular. However, not everyone can afford their own equipment for this type of exercise when after a few lessons they get the natural urge to buy their own net. The Merco Yoga Hammock is an excellent choice for anyone who wants their own aerial yoga equipment and is on a budget. Network with dimensions 5 × The 2.5 meter is made of dacron fabric (copolyester), which is designed to be attached to the ceiling, over a beam or a branch, for practicing simple and difficult yoga postures. Inverted positions (upside down) counteract swelling, varicose veins and also have a beneficial effect on the circulatory system: the whole blood circulation is boosted, the brain is better oxygenated and the mind is relaxed. By hanging the body upside down, you relieve the cervical spine and exert a natural pull on the spine. The Merco Yoga Net can be attached to the ceiling with sturdy hooks and straps. The net must always be installed in places with sufficient space for exercise. The Yoga Hammock is suitable for indoors if the ceiling height is between 2.6 and 3.2 m. The weight load on the network depends on how you intend to use it. If you use it only for home exercises, it will fully meet your needs even when fully loaded. The Merco Yoga Net is not intended for more than one person or commercial use. The Merco Yoga Hammock is an excellent choice at an affordable price for anyone looking for reliable aerial yoga equipment, whether they are a beginner or already have a lot of experience with this young and popular sport.
