NIKWAX Tent and Gear Solar Proof UV protection spray impregnation is designed for tents, backpacks, photo bags and all synthetic waterproof materials (e.g. nylon, polyester and cellotape) that are exposed to the sun. The impregnation increases the water resistance and strength of fabrics, protects against colour fading and UV rays. Application via spray is very easy. NIKWAX Tent and Gear Solar Proof is environmentally friendly, water-based, non-toxic, and contains no harmful solvents or volatile organic compounds.

Application:
1. Protect the work area, keep clean wetted equipment laid out or tent erected.
2. Evenly spray NIKWAX Tent and Gear Solar Proof on the outside of the fabric.
3. Wait 2 minutes. Wipe off excess spray with a damp cloth.
4. Check thoroughly that all surfaces have been sprayed.

Drying:
Allow the treated objects to air dry. Items must be completely dry before packing.
Use NIKWAX Tent and Gear Solar Proof on new and used tents and gear to make them perfectly waterproof and protected against UV damage. Remember to wash your tents and equipment with Nikwax Tech Wash before applying Nikwax Tent and Gear Solar Proof.
