The cereal porridge is made from 70% gluten-free oats, 15% of barley and 15% of rice, which guarantees great taste and high nutritional value. Gluten-free oats are a great choice for anyone who avoids gluten, including celiacs and those with intolerances.

Nutritionally rich porridge contains naturally soluble and insoluble dietary fibre, which is an essential part of a healthy diet. When dry, it contains approximately 8% fibre, making it an excellent source of energy. Preparation
Use approximately three to four times the amount of hot liquid and "fine-tune" the density to your liking. Expect the porridge to swell and thicken within 3-5 minutes.

Storage
At relative humidity up to 75 % and temperature up to 30 °C, always closed. Protect from direct sunlight.
