Acid - citric acid, acidity regulator - sodium bicarbonate, sweetener - sorbitol, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, calcium lactate, natural aroma (orange), magnesium salts of citric acid, anti-caking agent - polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000 ), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener - sucralose, dye - beta-carotene, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), sweetener - steviol glycosides.

Preparation and dosing
Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of water. Take 250 ml before exercise and 500 ml every hour during exercise. The maximum recommended daily dose is 4 tablets.
