POWERbreathe Plus Medium Special Edition Black
The POWERbreathe PLUS Medium Special Edition is an inhalation trainer designed for intermediate users, which enables effective strengthening of the respiratory muscles. The machine works on the principle of resistance training (similar to lifting a dumbbell), where the trainer puts resistance when inhaling, thus increasing the endurance and strength of the breathing muscles. The load can be manually adjusted between 23 and 186 cm H2O as required. The POWERbreathe PLUS Medium Special Edition trainer is designed for recreational and professional athletes, musicians, singers, etc. The optimal practice consists of 30 breaths performed twice a day, which will take you no more than 5 minutes. The package includes an ergonomic nose clip that can also be used for swimming, a practical textile case, a sample of 4 cleaning tablets and a user manual.
