L-citrulline malate 2 : 1, beta-alanine, creatine hydrochloride 2 : 1, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-tyrosine, taurine, natural aroma, Acetyl-L-carnitine HCl, CDP-choline (citicoline), L-theanine, anti-caking agent: silica; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; nicotinamide (niacin), pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (vitamin B6), BioPerine® - black pepper fruit extract. Niacin helps to reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion and promotes energy metabolism.
Recommended dosage
23.5 g taken 15-20 minutes before training. Persons with low body weight (men under 60 kg, women under 50 kg) take half the dose dissolved in 200-250 ml of still water.
