Mix the 150 g dose (1 level 250 ml measuring cup) in 350 ml of water in a shaker or mixer until smooth and consume immediately. Take 2 doses (300 g) a day. People who start with this product are advised to start with 1 dose and gradually increase the dose to 2 doses a day or more. For a creamier drink, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. The product is suitable for consumption all day between meals or 20-30 minutes after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Consume a maximum of 4 doses per day.
