Dobrý den, rád bych se zeptal jakou životnost má toto zboží? V popisu lze vyčíst 3.000.000,litrů ale v dalším popisu napsáno 378.000,litrů... Oba tyto typy existují, na obrázku je vyobrazen typ s živostností 3.000.000,litrů avšak v předchozím dotazu píšete že obr jsou jen ilustrační nebo jiné balení..?? O jaký typ se tedy jedná za tuto cenu?

Dobrý den, Tento filtr jsem pořídil přítelkyni k Vánocům. Hned na nový rok jsme jeli do Jordánska a filtr vzali s sebou. Filtr jsme dali do batohu s ostatními věcmi, vzali s sebou do letadla a batoh měli prakticky celou dobu u sebe. Po vybalení na pokoji nás čekalo nemilé překvapení. Filtr jsme vyndali prasklý po celém obvodu v horní části. Vzali jsme to s naprostým klidem, protože jsme neměli pochyby o tom, že Alza nám vadný kus reklamuje. CESTOVNÍ filtr by měl být na toto stavěný, proto můj úsudek o tom, že se jednalo o vadný kus. Nicméně Alza nám reklamaci zamítla s tím, že filtr je mechanicky poškozen. Na moje naléhání na testy materiálu jsem dostal jen zamítnutí reklamace. Žádný protokol o zkoušce materiálu, nic takového se nekonalo. Důvod proč nenakupuji od konkurenčních dodavatelů za nižší ceny je ten, že jsem od Alzy očekával určitou garanci kvality výrobku a péče o zákazníka. Bohužel se mi ani jednoho nedostalo a úplně nový, nepoužitý filtr je na vyhození. Poradíte mi,co dál?

zboží mě došlo ještě jsem neod zkoušel tak nemůžu posoudit jestli to vůbec funguje:ale jen sem chtěl říct že na ozrázku je uplně jiná krabice něž co sem dostal já zřejmě to není originál???

Filtr mám již 5 let používám často a vždy mne zarazilo ze teče tak pomalu když výrobce uvádí 2l za sekundu beru vody z potoku řek a td ... dnes sem si po 5 letech vzal schválně čistou vodu z radu a dal filtrovat se stopkami v ruce . Objem lahve či vaku byl 3 l upozorňuji filtr byl perfektně procisten .. a 3 l vody protekli filtrem za 17.20 sekund což mi vychází na Cca 5 minut litr voda byla z radu tedy žádné nečistoty .. kde je chyba .. myslím si ze takhle teče od začátku ale nebyl čas to měřit jde jen o informaci která nemá vliv na kvalitu vody ale je zavádějící
