What makes the SENS worm tasting pack stand out?
- Protein: in Sens they are more into crickets, but the worms are qualitatively the same. Insects are called. an alternative source of protein with minimal environmental impact. The same quality protein as the best beef. 100 times lower CO₂ production.
- Cricket farming: worms are raised on a farm in a controlled environment. They have plenty of free space because they live in dense populations in the wild. No antibiotics are used in the feed. Before each harvest, the worms cool down, putting them into "winter" hibernation, much like insects that are exposed to cold weather in the wild during the winter. Insect farms are seen as the modern farming of the future. The Sens are working on developing cricket farming themselves.
- Pure composition and great taste: crispy worms have a slightly nutty and slightly buttery taste. It is easy to combine the taste with other spices according to the flavour. You can eat worms instead of chips or nuts. The worms can be sprinkled on salad or risotto.
