The HMS SGX130 PRO 6V1 dumbbell set is ideal for the home gym. Includes 2 1-hand loading dumbbells, connecting part, 16 discs weighing 1.25, 1,5, 2 and 2,5 kg, 2 star sleeves, 2 loading mandrels and 2 handles Thanks to the practical accessories, you can assemble the basic dumbbells into a two-hand dumbbell, 2 kettlebells, a dumbbell with 3 handles, a dumbbell with a side handle and a push-up support. The discs are made of high quality composite, which is coated with a strong plastic. The handles and grips are complemented by non-slip materials to ensure a firm grip during exercise. The connecting part has an ergonomically shaped foam handle, which ensures comfort when exercising with the barbell on your back.

The HMS SGX130 PRO 6V1 set is comfortable to use
The comfort when exercising with the HMS SGX130 PRO 6V1 set is aided by the knurled grip on the 1-hand loading axes. The weights are secured on them by means of screw star clamps. The dumbbell is formed by screwing the loading shafts into the connecting piece, while the kettlebell is composed of a 21 cm long loading mandrel to which discs of the desired weight are added.
HMS SGX130 PRO 6V1 dumbbell set allows variable training
If you replace the star sleeves on the 1-hand dumbbell with handles, you will be able to work out with a dumbbell with 3 handles. You will use it especially during shoulder training. The clippers themselves then serve as supports for the handles, providing a greater range of movement. The HMS SGX130 PRO 6V1 dumbbell set allows you to strengthen different parts of the body.
