Blank construction for long-distance casts
The core of the rod is a blank that uses NANOSHEET technology and M40X fibres. This combination of materials creates a slim and lightweight rod that retains its strength and fast action. During the cast, energy is efficiently transferred to the blank, enabling you to achieve long distances with high precision. When playing a fish, the blank provides ample power reserves while sensitively transmitting its every move, giving you complete control over the situation.
Reliable fittings for smooth performance
The Shimano TX-7 A Carp rod is equipped with components that support its performance. The Kigan zirconia guides are lightweight and durable, and their smooth surface minimises line friction. This not only improves casting but also extends the life of the line itself. The large 50mm first guide further facilitates the line coming off the reel's spool. A Fuji DPS reel seat, a standard for high-quality rods, ensures a firm and secure attachment for your reel.
Practicality and comfortable handling
On long fishing trips, you will appreciate how easy the rod is to handle. The full EVA handle offers a firm and comfortable grip in all conditions, even with wet hands. The two-piece construction ensures the rod's action extends through its entire length. With a transport length of 2.02m, the rod is easy to carry to the water. The total weight of 404g is well-balanced for all-day use.
