The STRAFFR Medium resistance band has an integrated motion sensor made in Germany. This sensor measures your performance during your workout, no matter how you pull during individual exercises.
Effective training with the STRAFFR app
Download the STRAFFR app to your smart device from Google Play or the App Store. Pair the smart band with the app quickly and easily via Bluetooth. STRAFFR Medium charges via a USB-C cable and lasts up to 20 days of training on a single charge. The app guides you through the initial setup where you enter your age, weight, activity frequency and other details. You can also add your goals straight away and start working towards them.
Workouts based on fitness and set goals
Find over 100 workouts and exercises for the STRAFFR Medium smart resistance band in the app. Performing the exercises correctly according to the instructions is key. Video coaching guides you through all workouts, and the app evaluates your technique, repetitions and tempo.
Workouts designed by STRAFFR team professionals
The workouts and exercises have been designed by seasoned professionals, including Rich Hesketh — strength and conditioning coach for the NHL Calgary Flames and Under Armour brand ambassador. Rower Maximilian Planer, a German Olympic rower and two-time world champion, also contributed to the workouts and exercises.
