The T-class 1991 travel case is made of high quality polypropylene - a lightweight, flexible and at the same time very durable material that can cope with the demanding conditions of air transport. The structure is also reinforced with steel reinforcements on the sides, which are embedded directly into the shell. The result is an extremely robust case with a long service life and high protection for your belongings. Triple security is provided by a recessed three-number TSA lock that allows for seamless customs inspection and modern DoubleLock zippers that resist mechanical damage even when the case is overcrowded. The suitcase thus provides maximum security for your belongings. For easy operation, it features an improved aluminium telescopic handle with magnesium alloy to save space inside, and handles on the top and sides that are firmly anchored to reinforced brackets. Smooth movement is ensured by four 360° swivel castors made of nylon and TPU, housed directly in the body of the case for greater impact resistance and durability.

Instructions for setting the TSA trunk lock T-class
Setting the lock code:
1. Set the code to 000.
2. Insert something weak e.g. pencil into the small hole in the lock (next to the dial).
3. Set your own code.
4. Release the hole.
5. The code is set.
Changing the lock code:
1. Set the code to open

2. Follow the same procedure as in 2-5.
TSA lock
The TSA lock system, marked with a red diamond symbol, is primarily designed to make it easy to open your luggage without damaging it during any inspection. At the same time, this check can be carried out more quickly. With this type of lock, TSA security officers can open and inspect your bag without having to destroy the lock. All TSA locks are identified by the code TSA001 to TSA007, which corresponds to the type of master key that is used to open this type of lock. Keys to TSA locks are not over-the-counter and are only available to TSA personnel. After checking your luggage, these staff are required to insert a check notice into your suitcase and the suitcase must be relocked.
