Preparation

Mix 30 g of powder (1 scoop) with 200 ml of water or milk (cold is recommended), shake for at least 15 to 20 seconds and drink.

Recommended dosage

A protein drink is best consumed either immediately after training for maximum muscle recovery and growth, or as part of a daily meal plan to supplement daily protein intake to support muscle synthesis and overall performance. The recommended daily dose is 2 x 30 g of protein drink. The package contains 33 portions.
