Dobrý den, dneska jsem si vyzvedla náramek, po přečtení letáčku jsem ho dala prvně nabít, na nabíječce je už přes hodinu a stále nesvítí ani jedna dioda. Máte s tím někdo zkušenosti? Mohla jsem někde udělat chybu? Jak reklamovat? Jsem fakt hodně zklamaná.

Nevíte nahodou jak resetovat sčítaní aktivity, spálených kalorii a pod? Pořád se mi to sčítá. Myslela jsem, že se to automaticky o půl noci vynuluje a synchronizací telefonu se vše uloží a jede se od nuly.

Funguje prosím budík tak, že se nastaví přes aplikaci ve spárovaném mobilu a pak už nemusí být v noci spárováno (mobil zapnutý)? Jde mi to to, jestli je potřeba spát se zapnutým, spárovaným mobilem poblíž nebo náramek po nastavení funguje samostatně, i bez mobilu? díky

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat, jestli se dá náramek použít i na běh. Jestli si můžu nějak nastavit měření, že ho zapnu, mobil nechám doma, jdu běhat a měření vypnu až přijdu domů. Abych si změřil, kolik jsem uběhl. Děkuji.
