YURAMI Yuzu Syrup with Honey
Unlike other citrus fruits, the yuzu is tiny and contains a lot of pips and very little juice. Its flavour is rather bitter, which is why few gourmets eat it fresh. To ensure that nothing from this precious fruit goes to waste, the whole thing is processed. For a classic yuzu tea, the peel, pulp and juice are mainly used. The yuzu pips are then used to produce various aromatic oils.

Preparation
To prepare one tea or one lemonade, measure 35g of the product (approx. 1–2 tablespoons) and add water.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
