A big advantage of this solution is that you can synchronise your data from several devices and for different users. With the Synology BeeStation BST150-4T you will always have all your files on hand when you need them.
Computerworld magazine's product of the year
The NAS Synology BeeStation BST150-4T received the prestigious "Product of the Year" award from Computerworld magazine for its design.Exceptionally simple to set up and use
The Synology BeeStation BST150-4T features an integrated 4TB hard drive and a range of preset functions, so it can replace all your cloud storage services. This home storage also comes with no additional monthly fees. And here's the main point. You are the 100% owner of your data, with complete control over it, and you don't have to sacrifice your privacy. Scan the QR code, connect the power and ethernet cables, and press the button to confirm – that's all you need to do after unpacking. You can then start transferring files or photos to your new personal cloud.
Who is the Synology BeeStation BST150-4T for?
BeeStation is the ideal solution for anyone who values exceptionally simple installation and use. Unlike the advanced Synology DiskStation NAS storage devices with a wide range of options for advanced users, it is aimed solely at private users who want to back up and access their data without any extra fees. Compared to Synology DiskStation, you don't have to set up remote access yourself. It activates automatically, so you can access the Synology BeeStation BST150-4T from outside your home network with no extra configuration.
Advanced photo management features
You can back up photos from your mobile phone directly to the Synology BeeStation BST150-4T cloud storage, which not only frees up space on your phone but also keeps your memories always on hand. It also includes an AI and keyword-powered photo search feature. The AI, accelerated by the built-in NPU (Neural Processing Unit), makes it easier than ever to find people, pets, or other things you're looking for. This significantly increases processing speed, so there is no lag in other applications. You can also explore a map or timeline to rediscover photos or videos from places you've been. These features eliminate the work of organising your photos. Sharing is also very easy, you just need a single link.
With the Synology BeeStation BST150-4T, you can share files via secure links
Directly from your browser, you can view more than 100 different file formats, including images (even RAW), videos, Microsoft Office documents, compressed files, text files, and code files. Organise them with folders, virtual tags, and stars, and search for them using keywords, file types, and other parameters. Once your files and folders are in the BeeStation app, they are easily accessible and shareable wherever you are. You also have the option to add password protection or an expiry date to shared links, making it easy to limit who can open them.
Share cloud storage with your friends
You can upload, organise, and edit files from any web browser, phone, or tablet, as well as directly from File Explorer in Windows or Finder in macOS. What's more, because you can use your Google account, Apple ID, or Synology account to log in, you won't need to remember any extra login details. Send an invitation link to any family member and give them their own cloud space, completely separate from everyone else's.
