Dobrý den, mixér jsme včera zakoupili a použili. Co jsme však nevěděli, že při uvolňování nádoby od stojanu, je potřeba si dát pozor na to, aby se nádobou neotočilo příliš. Poté dojde k uvolnění rotační čepele a obsah Vám rovnou vyteče (nejspíš přímo na mixér jako nám). Na to nás nikde neupozorňují.. Mixér nefunguje. Je to vhodné na reklamaci? Děkuji

Dobrý den, z jakého materiálu je tedy prosím vrchní nádoba? V I du máte napsáno vrchní nádoba z kvalitního skla, ovšem v technickych parametrech je napsáno, vrchní nádoba: plast. Děkuji za upřesnění
