Electronic Timer for Perfect Cooking   

The Clipso Minut Perfect pressure cooker include the patented built-in electronic timer. First, you need to set the desired cooking time on the timer's display. As soon as boiling temperature is reached in the "pressure cooker" cooking mode, the timer alerts you with a beep and starts counting down the cooking time set. The audible alert will tell you again when the desired preparation time has just passed. The timer will ensure that no food gets over-cooked or burned. It will always let you know when the food is ready. The timer is powered by a CR2032 coin cell battery.

Pressure Cooker Must Be Made of a Quality Material

The Clipso Minut Perfect pressure cooker is made of high-grade stainless steel. Its special Titanium Extra non-stick surface is enriched with titanium, which makes it excel in durability and long service life. Tefal also did a great job with the bottom of the cooker. The three-layer stainless steel sandwich bottom encloses an aluminium plate that ensures even heat distribution over its entire surface. The materials used by Tefal are completely safe and health-conscious. They do not contain Lead, Cadmium or other harmful substances.

Features for Safe Use   

The main safety feature of the Clipso Minut Perfect pressure cooker is the operating valve. During cooking, it regulates the pressure that is created inside the pot, and when necessary, lets the excess steam out using the spring system. If the operating valve fails, its role is automatically taken over by the safety valve. Using an additional spring system, it will start letting the excess steam out itself. In the case that both valves fail (which is very unlikely, though), the pressure in the pot will push out the lid seal and the excess steam will start to escape through the opening between the lid and the pot.
