Dobrý den, chci demontovat výrobek pro převoz do krabice. Bohužel mi nejde vyjmout tyč. Při zasouvání to cvaklo dle návodu (který jsem si v CZ musela bohužel stáhnout u výrobku nebyl doložen). V návodu není demontáž uvedena. Děkuji za odpověď Dvořáková

Hadice se při žehlení v nižších polohách skřípe, pára nevychází. Vypadá, že byla zlomena již při přepravě. V krabici byla hadice velmi zmáčklá. Lze vyměnit pouze hadici, nebo musím reklamovat celý přístroj? Děkuji
