The Tenda IC7-PRS-4 PoE IP camera is an outdoor dome security device that captures its surroundings in 2560 × 1440 px resolution at 25 fps. The device has a fixed 4mm lens with an F2.2 aperture and a horizontal viewing angle of 74.9°, while night-time monitoring is provided by four infrared LEDs with a range of up to 30m. The integrated microphone allows for sound recording, and advanced algorithms ensure precise human detection. It can be powered by either a standard DC power supply or via a network cable using PoE technology compliant with the IEEE 802.3af standard.

High resolution and modern compression
The 1/3" CMOS imaging sensor produces a clear image in 4MP resolution, which corresponds to 2560 × 1440 px. The fixed lens with a 4mm focal length and F2.2 aperture covers a horizontal angle of 74.9°, a vertical angle of 41.3°, and a screen size angle of 88.2°. For efficient data storage, the device uses the modern, efficient H.265 video codec and the older H.264 format. H.265 compression halves the load on the data network and saves up to 50% of storage space while maintaining high recording quality.
Night vision
Protection of the area in low-light conditions is ensured by infrared illumination with a range of up to 30m. The night mode uses four IR LEDs that work in conjunction with an IR-CUT filter for automatic switching between day and night recording. In the settings, users can choose to automatically activate the infrared illumination, or leave the night light permanently on or off according to the specific requirements of the installation.
Intelligent detection and false alarm suppression
The security system integrates advanced features for recognising specific events in the monitored area. In addition to classic motion detection and unauthorised tampering with the camera body, smart AI human detection is also available. This technology can accurately identify a human figure and distinguish it from other moving objects in the frame. When an incident is detected, the system immediately sends a notification to the mobile app.
High-sensitivity sound recording
The device includes a built-in microphone that captures sounds from the surroundings up to a distance of 5m. The camera encodes the audio recording using the G.711A and G.711U standards with a sampling frequency of 8kHz. This feature supplements the video recording with an important audio track and allows for remote listening of the monitored area in real time via a mobile phone or computer.
Flexible storage of recordings
Users have several ways to securely store recorded videos from the security system. The camera supports saving data to remote cloud storage, which can be managed directly in the mobile app. Thanks to full support for the ONVIF standard, it is possible to connect the camera to an NVR network recorder of any brand or to a NAS storage device, which facilitates integration into existing camera systems.
Connectivity and application
Network connectivity is provided by a single RJ-45 Ethernet port with a speed of 10/100 Mb/s, which is used for data transfer and PoE IEEE 802.3af power. Device management is handled via the web interface at the default IP address 192.168.1.203 or by using the Tenda TDSEE mobile app in English for Android and iOS operating systems.
