MAGNESIUM + Vitamin B6 and Lemon Balm
A combination of magnesium from a natural source with high absorbability and vitamin B6 with lemon balm for individuals exposed to increased stress. Magnesium has a beneficial effect on muscle activity and relieves tension. In combination with vitamin B6 and lemon balm, it has a positive effect on the nervous system, especially during tiredness and exhaustion, to accelerate regeneration. Vitamin B6 is important for the body's immune system. The synergistic effect of the ingredients promotes relaxation and mental and physical well-being.

Aquamin – a natural source of magnesium – magnesium hydroxide; lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis); vitamin B6 - pyridoxine hydrochloride. Capsule shell: gelatine.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule 1–2× a day before meals. The capsule should be swallowed whole with water, or it can be opened and the contents sprinkled into food or water. It can be used long-term as needed.
Warning
Food supplement. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for coeliacs. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Storage
Store in a dry place up to 25ºC. Use the capsule immediately after removing it from the blister pack.
