The new AMXPlanes GlaStar is a STOL trainer model that can take off and land on almost any surface thanks to its oversized tires. Air-filled tyres act as shock absorbers and allow smooth take-off and landing on rough or uneven terrain. STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) is an acronym for Short Take-Off and Landing. The model is equipped with a large magnetically lockable battery cover that ensures convenient and quick battery replacement. It is designed for LiPo 3S (11.1 V) batteries with a capacity of 1300-2200 mAh. When using 1300-1500 mAh, manoeuvrability is higher, while with 1800-2200 mAh batteries the flight time is noticeably longer. The design and flight characteristics of the model will attract both beginners and advanced pilots.
