Build a 1:35 scale model of the Willys MB Jeep, released on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Normandy Landing (D-Day). The Allied landing in Normandy on 6 June 1944 was one of the most important events of the Second World War and had a huge impact on its course. The kit is made under the official license of Jeep. The model of the legendary off-road utility vehicle developed for the US Army Willys MB 4×4 in green camouflage is equipped with a Browning machine gun mounted on a swivel stand. The model has a folding windscreen frame, a salvage shovel in a handle on the left side and a spare wheel at the rear of the car. The wheels with rubber tyres rotate and you can move the car while playing. Included in the package are 132 building blocks and a figure of an American soldier from the 101st Airborne Division (Screaming Eagles). The vehicle and figure feature high quality prints that are modeled after historical markings taken directly from a historic car owned by COBI. Even small details such as the patches with the characteristic eagle on the soldier's shoulder are not omitted. The set perfectly complements the very rich Historical Collection WWII series from COBI.
