Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 1.1m SAFE RTF Basic
RC model of the AeroScout 2 SAFE RTF Basic Hobbyzone with a wingspan of 1.1 m is the ideal model for learning to fly. A pusher propeller, 3-wheel landing gear with large wheels and electronic stabilization, minimize the risk of damaging the model on your first attempts. The electronics are installed, you just add a battery. The model's push-pull design protects the propeller from damage during a rough landing and reduces the risk of damage. The whole model is made in moulds and foamed with super light and very rigid yet flexible EPO material, which withstands extreme loads and can withstand shocks such as. in wooden construction mean strong destruction. If the mass breaks, it bonds well with two-component Epoxy and after a while you can be ready to take off again. The wide, stable tricycle chassis with steerable nose wheel and large tyres provides stable and confident take-offs and landings on tarmac, grass or uneven surfaces.

SAFE Select™ technology for beginners
The Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 SAFE RTF Basic RC aircraft features SAFE electronic flight envelope protection, which helps prevent loss of orientation and crashes. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced modes allow you to choose the level of stability and control to suit your skills. If the beginner gets into an unstable position, just press the button and the model will move itself to a horizontal position. When the button is released, manual control resumes immediately.

Beginner flight mode
In the beginner mode of the Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 RC aircraft, the elevator and ailerons can be tilted up, down and right, left and left and when the stick is released to neutral, the model will level off in a horizontal position, this function can also be used for take-off and landing. Start is simple, just give full throttle and let the model take off from a suitable surface. When landing, just line the model up in the right direction and then pull back on the throttle. In beginner mode, the aileron mix is set to rudder and elevator and throttle and elevator. SAFE prevents the angle of inclination from being exceeded in cornering and climbing (approx. 30°) and descending, and this function proportionally interferes with the steering.
Advanced and expert flight mode
In the advanced mode of the Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 RC aircraft, more control roll is already allowed, giving more freedom to control the model and therefore you can make faster turns with a smaller radius. The model no longer levels when the levers are released to neutral. In advanced mode the rudder mix is set to aileron. The steering is natural up to a model roll angle of approx. 50° and is not affected by the SAFE function. However, after exceeding the allowed bank angle, there is an immediate SAFE intervention that prevents any more bank and prevents further roll - this is advanced piloting instruction where natural control is unrestricted up to a certain bank angle, but the model cannot be rolled onto its back. In case of emergency, the flight mode switch to position 0 can be used to fully stabilize the model to level flight. The expert mode is unrestricted in flight positions and aerobatics are possible, there is no mix or SAFE function and the control is completely free.

Train without risk of damaging your model
The Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 SAFE RTF Basic RC aircraft can be converted into a seaplane using floats (sold separately). Installation takes about 3 minutes - and you can fly over the lake or pond in no time. Compatibility with the RealFlight simulator allows you to practice flight and aerobatics without risking damage to your model. The rear location of the brushless motor protects the propeller and motor during impacts - ideal for intense training in environments where crashes can be frequent.

Resistance to damage
The propeller behind the trailing edge of the wing provides perfect protection not only for the propeller itself, but also for the engine. The AeroScout S is made of a very durable EPO material, which is also reinforced with structural elements, so it can withstand even the rough landings of beginners very well. The large wheels with steerable front foot make it easy to take off and land on a variety of surfaces, including grass in large parks, playgrounds or meadows. The Ready-To-Fly (RTF) version includes the complete model with electronics and RC transmitters Spektrum DXS, just add a LiPol battery with charger. The powerful brushless motor is enough for your first aerobatic stunts, including flips, spins, and even backflips. In addition, the lightweight design and low wing area load guarantee a wide range of flight speeds and incredible maneuverability that even experienced pilots will appreciate.

Flexible battery choice
RC Aircraft Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 SAFE RTF Basic comes with transmitter, you choose the appropriate LiPol battery, the manufacturer recommends Spektrum Smart LiPo 11.1V 1300mAh 30C IC3 or Spektrum Smart LiPo 11.1V 2200mAh 30C IC3, and Spektrum Smart S155 G2 1×55W AC charger. Once the battery is connected, the charger automatically adjusts to the optimal setting and starts charging the battery.
Telemetry option
RC aircraft Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 SAFE RTF Basic is equipped with Spektrum Smart Lite controller, which can provide a range of telemetry data related to the power system in real time, to compatible transmitters - as an approximate remaining flight battery power via several LED and audio alerts from the DXS transmitter, which is part of the basic RTF version, will also provide engine speed, current, total battery voltage and more, for transmitters equipped with Spektrum AirWare™ (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, DX9, NX6, 8 a 10, iX12, iX20 and others).

Simple and quick assembly
The RC aircraft Hobbyzone AeroScout 2 SAFE RTF Basic is delivered in a box where the individual parts of the aircraft are stored. All parts are completely ready for final assembly and have the necessary electronics and drive installed, so just use a few screws and you'll have a finished model on the table in no time. With the optional float kit (sold separately), the model can be transformed into a seaplane. Installation takes only a few minutes and all the necessary material is included in the aircraft and float kit.
