Hobbyzone Sport Cub 2 0.6m SAFE RTF
If you want to try out RC model control and don't want to invest too much, the Sport Cub 2 micro model with a wingspan of 0.6 m is an excellent choice because the set includes everything you need to fly and what's more, it has an integrated SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) electronic flight position protection. There will be no crisis situations because the electronics will prevent the model from tilting too much and when you release the control levers, the model will level itself. In addition, if you fly as an advanced without SAFE and you get into a situation where you lose control, just quickly press the Panic Rescue button and the model will immediately level off. Included in the package is an access code to install the trial version of the RealFlight Trainer Edition. The RTF version comes with everything you need to fly, including a battery, charger and controller, which features a USB-C port for direct connection to a computer.

Steam Key
The RTF version includes a Steam key as a bonus to download and activate the training version of the RC flight simulator RealFlight Trainer Edition. The simulator includes a number of popular Horizon Hobby trainer aircraft and helicopters, including the Sport Cub 2, and a virtual flight instructor lesson. Training can help new pilots learn to fly successfully on a desktop computer at home or on a laptop. Simply use the included USB-C cable (not included) to connect the included Spektrum MLP6 2.4GHz transmitter to a compatible USB port on your computer and you can fly for up to 100 minutes. But then you can buy the full RealFlight Trainer Edition or Evolution and fly as long as you want.
RTF - ready to fly
The Ready-To-Fly (RTF) set includes a transmitter equipped with Spektrum DSMX 2.4 GHz technology, pencil batteries for the transmitter, LiPol battery 3.7 V 150 mAh and USB charger, which means, that you don't have to buy anything but the box contains everything you need to operate the model. Charge the battery and you're ready to fly. You can use the transmitter with the included trial version of the RC flight simulator RealFlight Trainer Edition. The Sport Cub S is a replica of the real big Cub Crafters Sport Cub machine and is fully assembled, painted and equipped with electronics and drive. It also has a functional landing gear with steerable tailwheel so you can taxi and take off and land on the landing gear. The flight characteristics are directly dependent on the weight of the model aircraft, therefore the airframe is made of EPS material which is very light and reasonably durable. Thanks to this, the model has a low surface load and therefore flies well.
Ideal for beginner, advanced and experienced pilots
Beginner mode, has a limited bank in the turn and also climb and descent, when you let go of the stick to neutral, the model stabilizes in a horizontal position, engine speed is regulated according to the climb or descent and it is possible to use electronic assistance during take-off and landing. Advanced mode allows for more tilt, but will not cause the model to roll over onto its back or fall. The flight positions have a limitation of about 60° of pitching and yawing. There is already more control freedom and minimal flight corrections are made. In the Experienced flight mode, the control is completely free with no flight position restrictions. You can fly on your back and perform acrobatic manoeuvres.
