Lexibook walkie-talkies with detachable clip-on clips offer an easy way to stay connected over long distances of up to 5 kilometres. Use them for hikes and all outdoor adventures (depending on terrain and weather conditions, it is recommended to use them in flat open spaces). The radios have 8 communication channels and can communicate with several radios simultaneously (2 units included). The active channel is shown on the backlit display and the "scan" function scans and searches all available channels. You can send a ringtone (10 tones to choose from) to notify recipients that you want to talk to them, and the built-in LED light is handy in the dark or for sending coded messages. You'll also appreciate the adjustable volume and hands-free function, where the radio sends a signal when activated by your voice or sounds in your surroundings. Another of the plethora of features is the "Roger Beep", a beep that is sent to the recipient to confirm that you have finished speaking.

Long battery life and easy charging
The radios operate on two 3.6V Ni-MH 600mAh rechargeable batteries (included), which last approximately 14 hours (battery icon shown on the display). Before installing the batteries, first remove the belt clip located on the compartment. After inserting the batteries, connect one end of the micro USB cable (included) to the USB port and the other end to the USB port of a powered computer or USB adapter plugged into a wall outlet (not included).
