This quality 8-port Gigabit switch from TP-LINK is the ideal way to quickly expand your wired network in your home or small business. All eight ports support Auto MDI/MDIX so you do not have to worry about which cable you connect to which port. With the ability to turn off individual inactive ports, the switch also achieves up to 70% less power compared to competitive devices in the same category, saving the environment and your wallet at the same time. 
Fast Communication
The ports are equipped with Auto-Negotiation and support Auto MDI/MDIX, so you do not have to deal with crossover cables or outbound connection (Uplink) ports. Using non-blocking switching architecture, the switch is able to forward and filter packets at full cable speed and ensures maximum throughput. Thanks to Jumbo 9K frame functionality, there is also a significant increase in transmission speeds when transferring large files. 
Easy to Use
Thanks to the automated functions, the set-up and operation of the switch is very easy and does not require any complex knowledge. No complicated adjustment is necessary; just connect the cables and the switch automatically detects the cable type and speed of the other devices on the network and optimises the network for maximum efficiency.
