Dobrý den, koupil jsem u vás fritézu Tristar FR-6964 a potřeboval bych přikoupit 1x pečící plech (sběrný tác, 24x22 cm vnější rozměr s rantlem) a 1x koš. Můžete mi, prosím, poradit a nebo doporučit, kde toto lze přikoupit. S tímto specifickým rozměrem to nemohu sehnat. Děkuji za odpověď Josef

Dobrý den, v odpovědích máte uveden vnitřní rozměr trouby 350mmx430mmx350mm což je bohužel nesmysl. Odpovídalo by vnitřnímu objemu téměř 53l. Jedná se o vnější rozměr. Trouba má uváděný vnitřní objem 10l. Prosím o změření skutečného vnitřního rozměru nebo alespoň přeměření rozměru pečícího plechu. Nejlépe vzít pravítko a změřit. Děkuji. S úctou Helena

Dobry den, vcera jsme tuto frizezu dovezli domu a udelali veceri to by bxlo vse ok. Ale v noci me probudilo blikani trouby a zvuk podobny jiskreni el. Muzete me k tomu neco rict?
