Před pár minutama mi bylo doručeno údajně nová remoska.Ihned jsem reklamovala,zde si přečtěte o co šlo.Jsem zklamaná,peníze chci zpět. Dobrý den. Před pár minutama mi bylo doručeno zboží,avšak krabice zavřená,ale nezalepená.Po rozbalení zboží,na pánvi bylo zaschlé jídlo, a na termostatu špička jehly jako spálená,uhlík v jehle z 1/3 jako vylomený.Nevím jak ten uhlík má vypadat,ale je zřejmé,že jste mi prodali zboží,v kategorii / ROZBALENO/použito a vráceno ? To mne velice mrzí.Je evidentní,že za tyto nedostatky dopravce nemůže.Zde zasílám vyfocený termostat.Jídlo zaschlé na poklici ? Prosím o přeskoumání zboží.Já jsem zaplatila nové zboží. Použité nechci !!! Děkuji za kladné a rychlé vyřízení, vrácení peněz ihned na můj účet.Poté si koupím remosku jinde. S pozdravem a zklamáním. Studničková M.
