The Ubiquiti transceiver module UACC-OM-MM-10G-D-2 is used to connect network elements via optical routes in data centres and corporate networks. The SFP+ transceiver operates at a wavelength of 850nm for both transmitting and receiving data. The device supports fast data transfers at speeds of up to 10 Gb/s over medium distances. Connection is via a standard interface and requires suitable cabling. The SFP+ module has a low power consumption of less than 0.8W. It is designed to withstand operating temperatures ranging from 0 to 70°C. The design complies with Class 1 laser safety standards.
