Dobrý den mám hodinky od vás vše fungovala ale teď mi nejde poslední dobou když tuknu na funkci aktivitu na hodinách ...Tak předtím se otevřela nabídka jakého sportu jsem chtěla a vše šlo. Teď když tuknu hodinky zavybruji vypnou se a znovu zapnou s úplně jiným časem vždy stejným 12:00 a pak se samo vrátí na cas jaký je . Víte co je tedy špatné děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den, na hodinkách nemám ikonu na nastavení, jak je uvedeno v manuálu (jinak všechny ostastí tam jsou), tudíž si nemohu např. nastavit v počasí °C. Nevíte prosím co s tím díky za odpověď

Po aktualizaci programu VeryFitPro na verzi 2.2.1 a nebo shodou náhod mám níže uvedený problém. Pokud se vzdálím s hodinkami mimo dosah bluetooth, spojení se přeruší a po návratu se již samo nenaváže (přestávají fungovat veškerá upozornění nastavená v aplikaci). Musím znovu v aplikaci spustit synchronizaci a spojení se znovu obnoví. Máte někdo podobný problém? Opětovná instalace programu nepomohla. Předem děkuji za pomoc.

Dobrý den, náramek mám již po záruce, ale bohužel mi přestal fungovat displej. Zařízení ale jinak stále pracuje, avšak bez displeje. Je možnost opravy či v případě že by nebyla možná tak zakoupení pouze zařízení samotného bez pásku, který již mám?
