There are also additional apps such as the heart rate measurement, which runs at small intervals throughout the day, giving you a precise overview of your continuous heart rate.The fitness bracelet also automatically measures the quality of sleep - it distinguishes the state and the degree of sleep, and measures how long you slept and when you were awake.
