Dobry den, Mam technicky dotaz na vstupní stanice VERIA 831 a VERIA 831-RFID. V manualu uvadite moznost pripojeni 'snímače detekce stavu dveří'. Je mozne tuhle informaci zjistit (skontrolovat) v aplikaci Tuya po pripojeni vstupní stanice k videotelefonu VERIA 8277B-W? Proste ci sem pak schopen zjistit stav zavreni dvery online v appke. Dobrý deň. Do nedávna mi vrátnik pracoval bez problémovo, avšak momentálne keď niekto zazvoní, tak zvoní len prístroj a aplikácia nie. Aplikáciu som stiahol priamo z obchodplay. Skúšal som všetko resetnúť (prístroj a aplikáciu) a znova nastaviť a stále aplikácia nezvoní. Cez aplikáciu ide otvoriť aj zatvoriť bránu, komunikácia je taktiež bez problémová. Len keď mi niekto zazvoní tak zvoní len prístroj a nie aplikácia.

Dobrý den, Rád bych se zeptal jak aktivuji onen ,,IR přísvit zajistí dobrou viditelnost i v nočních hodinách,,. Nikde jsem tuto možnost nenašel a v noci prostě vidím jen černočernou tmu.

Dobrý den, po zapojení přístroje a po zazvonění na zvonku se mi v nabídce neobjeví možnost výběru odemknutí branky/ brány. Pouze je přítomná jedna ikona dveří. Dá se to v přístroji někde nastavit? Děkuji za informaci
