- Chlorella, spirulina, green barley - are a source of antioxidants, polyphenols and other micronutrients essential for the body's function
- Matcha - enriches the body with important substances, promotes energy recovery and reduces fatigue or exhaustion. Organic matcha delivers 40 mg of caffeine. The caffeine from matcha is characterized by a gradual release over a longer period of time, thus promoting alertness and preventing fatigue for a longer period of time.
- Extract of Siberian Ginseng - supports vitality and resistance to physical and mental stress
- Extract of turmeric long - supports immune function, has strong anti-inflammatory effects
- Ginger extractand mint leaves - prevent inflammation in the stomach and intestines or bloating, thus aiding normal digestion

Preparation
Mix 1 full scoop (10 g) in 200 ml of chilled water.
Recommended dosage
Take ideally in the morning or in the morning with a meal. Do not take less than 6 hours before your scheduled bedtime due to the presence of caffeine. Take Greens Mix regularly every day, ideally in the morning or in the morning. If you are taking zinc or iron, it is not recommended to take Greens Mix 1-2 hours after mineral intake as the tannins present may reduce their absorption.
