The timeless Double 895.2 double sink from Villeroy & Boch is a classic farmhouse-style sink. The Double 895.2 sink offers two spacious, large basins, which are deep enough for washing bulky baking trays. At the back of the sink, there is a small draining area for smaller items and a small basin with a plastic strainer, ideal for a dish sponge or for defrosting fruit or vegetables. The surface is treated with CeramicPlus. This sealed, non-porous ceramic surface prevents dirt, cooking waste and unsightly limescale from sticking to your kitchen sink. The ceramic sink is fired in kilns and the glaze is applied by hand, making each piece an original.

Installation of the Villeroy & Boch Double 895.2 ceramic sink
The Villeroy & Boch Double 895.2 is an apron-front sink, which means it isn't permanently attached to the worktop. It is installed directly onto the base cabinet, and the worktop is either fitted up against it from both sides, or the worktop overlaps the edges of the sink from above. Apron-front sinks are primarily recommended for installation with worktops made of non-absorbent material. If a solid wood worktop is to be used, the edges of the cut-outs in the worktop must be properly sealed. The ceramic sink is fired in kilns and the glaze is applied by hand, making each piece an original.
Please note:
A dimensional tolerance of +/– 1–1.5cm must be taken into account. It is recommended to have the sink physically present before finalising the kitchen unit. The pop-up waste control is not included with the sink; the images are for illustrative purposes only.
