Dobrý den, jak je prosím možné že u tohoto produktu máte záruku pouze 3 roky, když dříve měl 5 let? Výrobce na svých stránkách má taktéž 5 let záruku. CZC u stejného modelu (WD2003FZEX) také. Dokonce o pár kaček levněji. Jedná se o chybu, nebo jde o záměr Alzy okrádat zákazníky? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, mám dotaz ohledně disku WD BLACK 2TB. Při vypínání počítače disk zavrčí a přijde mi jak když hlavička se dotýká plotýnky. Kde je chyba? Reklamace? Děkuji Těšínský

Dobrý den, prosím Vás chtěl bych se zeptat asi na podivnou otázku... Vadí či nevadí disku pokud je používán v poloze ne v klasické ale vertikálně asi se tomu tak říká. Posílám jak je to myšleno. External Link External Link Jde mi o to zda čtecí hlava netrpí pří překonávaní tím že místo aby disk ležel a hlavička jen běhala doleva a doprava. Teď musí jak klasicky tak ještě i nahoru a dolu. A pak ještě zmíním i samotné plotny. Děkuji za odpověď.
