Dobrý den. V popisu uvadite, ze ma tiskarna automaticky podavač na kopírování a scanování. Na jiných stránkách jsem o tom ale nenašel ani zmínku. Ma ho tedy nebo ne? Diky za odpověď Správka

Dobrý deň, tlačí táto tlačiareň aj v rozlíšení 1200x1200dpi? Výrobca udáva že áno, a 600x600 je maximum len pri kopírovaní kvôli skeneru, ale pre istotu si to chcem overiť, či nemáte iný model

Dobrý den, mám od Vás tiskárnu Xerox 1022_vb propojenou jen s notebookem, propojení je kabelem USB A-B. Provedl jsem instalaci z přiloženého CD - Xerox smart start. Po této instalaci však v Nastavení tiskáren - je Xerox B1022 vidět, ale je u něj poznámka, že Ovladač není k dispozici. Avšak z různých programů je možné tisknout na A4 - vše funguje. Na displeji tiskárny však svítí Chyba serveru, Problém v síti. Největší problém je však tisk na A3, při vložení papírů do zásobníku 1 /hlavní dolní šuplík/ a přenastavení velikosti na displeji tiskárny na formát A3, naskočí hláška na displeji tiskárny - Vložte papír do ručního zásobníku. Ani po vložení papírů do bočního zásobníku však k tisku nedojde. Prosím o radu. Předem děkuji.
