Dobrý deň, včera nám doručili tablet XP-Pen 12 Pro. Dcéra ho nutne potrebovala na prácu do školy. Akokoľvek sme skúšali, nepodarilo sa nám ho spojiť s notebookom. Netušíme, kde môže byť problém. Pripojili sme ho podľa návodu, stiahli do notebooku, čo bolo treba a stále na nás vyskakuje hláška, že nie je pripojený. Dcéra to už rieši aj v škole, na inom PC, výsledok stále nula bodov... Čo teda robíme nesprávne???

Dobry den. Je kompatibilni s programem Corel. A pokud dobre chapu, musi byt vzdy pripojen k PC. Samostat e jako tablet nefunguje.

Dobrý den, můžete mi prosím doporučit alternativu k tomuto výrobku, aby splňovala požadavky na grafické práce, ale zároveň fungovala stejně jako lehký "papírový skicář", tedy aby šla použít kdekoliv bez připojení k další elektronice = má baterii, úložný prostor pro hotovou grafiku, možnost nahrát fonty, graf. programy atd. Děkuji
