Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem si tyto štítky k tiskárně GK420d, jelikož souhlasí rozměrově i v popisu je psáno, že je pro G-serie. Nicméně na tento papír tiskárna nic netiskne. Je možné, že není kompatibilní s touto tiskárnou? Děkuji

Zakoupil jsem tyto štítky na základě doporučení "alzaexperta" s tím, že jsou pro přímý termotisk - viz komunikace níže. BOHUŽEL tuto diskuzi čtu až nyní - takže opravdu NEJSOU pro termotisk. Zakoupil jsem tyhle štítky pro tiskárnu GK420d, se kterou jsou podle Alza popisu kompatibilní s touhle tiskárnou, ale NEJSOU. Není to termotransferový papír. Nefunguje s termotransferovými tískárnami. Je to obyčejný nalepovací papír v kotouči.
