Dobrý den, tiskárnu jsem zakoupil především na základě komunikace s paní na podpoře, které jsem řekl preference a na co chci tiskárnu využívat, především na štítky přepravních společností DPD, Zásilkovna a PPL, popsal jsem rozměry štítků (1/4 a4), bohužel dnes mi tiskárna přišla, žádný návod není u tiskárny přiložen a podle jakéhosi "návodu" jsem tiskárnu nastavil, bohužel vyjíždí pouze prázdné štítky a dle náhledu, který vidím v PC, jak bude tisk vypadat, vel. štítku trochu "nepasuje" do velikosti tiskárny ani do velikosti papírových štítků, také poradila paní na podpoře..
