Astina Nature BLACK GARLIC contains 500 mg of extract in one 100% plant-based capsule for mental well-being and the body's natural defences. Garlic supports the normal function of the cardiovascular and vascular systems—including blood pressure—and is suitable for relieving the feeling of heavy legs. It also promotes normal liver function. Black garlic is created through the controlled fermentation of regular garlic, which not only gives it a milder taste without the typical aroma but also makes it gentler on the digestive system. Recommended Dosage
1 capsule daily. Swallow with plenty of water.
