The Profi-Line blades are made of one piece of X50CrMoV15 HRC55 +/- 2 hardened stainless steel, which is highly resistant to scratches or rust damage. The cutting edge of the blade is ground into the wedge, thereby achieving extra sharpness of the blade. The rear-mounted handle prevents the knife from sliding out of the hand and protects against injury. The set comes in a practical black case for storage, that is also useful for safe travel and carrying. With this knife set, there will be no challenges in the kitchen. The knives are dishwasher safe, however, we recommend gentle handwashing.
