The board uses induction heating, which is characterised by energy efficiency, speed and safe operation. It generates heat only where it is needed at the bottom of the pot. Because of its lower temperature, you will not burn your hands and the hob will bring two litres of water to a boil, twice as fast as a ceramic hob, which will save you a lot of energy. The hob has four cooking zones and you can choose from seventeen degrees of power.
