Oak is suitable for people who are normally strong, brave and reliable, but whose inner strength is failing them and being replaced by exhaustion.

However, they carry on working and ignore their exhaustion. They are driven by a strong sense of duty to help other people. They are reliable, dutiful, patient and toil away without allowing themselves to rest. Even when completely exhausted, they stubbornly continue working (see also Rock Water and Vervain). This resulting loss of inner strength can lead to depressive despondency, frustration and other stress symptoms. Even when they experience illness as a failure, they work with concentration on their recovery. The positive potential of Oak is found in typically strong people who are often the main pillar of support in their family or at work. They possess immense endurance, tenacity, patience and energy reserves, enabling them to withstand great strain and stress. Oak restores their energy and helps them understand that, despite all their duties, they need to take time to rest and satisfy their own needs.
Ingredients
Brandy (27% vol.), water, original Bach flower essence Oak.
Recommended Dosage
Take three to four drops with a glass of water sipped at intervals, or undiluted directly on the tongue.
Warning
Not intended for children. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of 10–25°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
