Fighting seborrheic dermatitis
Seborrhoeic dermatitis of the scalp is characterised by more or less thick and oily dandruff accompanied by intense and recurrent itching - these clinical signs on the scalp may also occur on the face and/or chest. The condition is not serious, but its chronic development and visibility can negatively affect quality of life. Appropriate treatment combined with consistent care is therefore essential to relieve visible symptoms and prolong the period without itching attacks. Currently, the three factors that contribute to seborrhoeic dermatitis are thought to be an excess of sebum, which promotes the proliferation of yeast (Malassezia), which then triggers inflammation causing dandruff and itching. Care and hygiene products therefore target these three factors to help patients improve their daily lives.
Use:
Apply to damp scalp, massage gently and rinse. Reapply and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
